Our client, an established provider in the retail industry, are currently searching for an experienced HR practitioner with expertise in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be tasked with creating and implementing the organisation’s compensation and benefits programs. Drive payroll process improvement initiatives and implement best practice. Identify process and control gaps, strengthen internal controls and drive process efficiencies. Performing first level internal evaluations of HR proposed initiatives focusing on the appropriate metrics, backing up recommendations with fact understanding cause and effect prior to implementation and Staff cost and benefits. Work periodically with finance on budget review.
You have a minimum of 7 years working experience in HR with specialist knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Cost Control. You are technically strong and solution focused, able to develop initiatives to cater for specific business challenges. You are patient, persistent and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience designing frameworks from scratch would be beneficial.
