- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, FSSC, ISO
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
- Minimum knowledge in bakery and confectionery.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Perform R&D activities, formulate & prepare formulation costing, responsible for prototype samples preparation and arrangement.
- Communicate internally and externally with sales, operation team, suppliers and customers.
- Present development idea and prototype samples to customer when needed.
- Provide technical support and training, internally and externally.
- Coordinate, verify, follow-up, and perform validation for up-scale activities.
- Establish and validate technical parameter for products.
- Check and verify application method and its’ functionality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the product.
- Evaluate and approve new raw material.
- Required travel if needed.
