JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Job Roles:
  • To support the logistics, warehousing and after sales services facilities for Senheng Group.
  • To enhance the delivery process via central distribution management, hub, and courier services directly to customers.
  • To provide efficient and effective after sales services covering the indoor, outdoor and extended warranty.
  • To manage and control inventory as well as SOP
Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning and execution of logistics, warehousing and after sales services SOP & Policies.
  • Responsible on new, review, alter or withdraw logistics, warehousing and after sales services SOP and policies for panel repairers, contractors and suppliers (also known as “stakeholders”)
  • Ensure implementation according to SOP & policies.
  • Ensure KPIs set are achieved and reviewed at regular intervals.
  • Stakeholders’ Development & Performance.
  • To provide support for continuous development of stakeholders.
  • To steer stakeholders’ direction in line with the company
  • Efficient and Effective After sales services.
  • To monitor stakeholders delivery process are met in line with KPIs set
  • To review incentive scheme to drive performance.
  • To keep abreast with market strategies
  • Monitoring on drivers’ (CDM, home delivery and installers) performance.
  • Responsible on monitoring all drivers’ performance and discipline.
  • Establish a conducive working environment for staff and drivers.
  • Plan, Review, Select potential stakeholders.
  • Plan, Review and Select potential stakeholders.
  • To ensure selected stakeholders meet company’s requirement.
  • Report Tracking & Monitoring.
  • Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly report performance and analysis reports for management
  • Monitoring on Panel Repairers’ agreement due date and Renewal.
  • Keep track and monitor closely on panel repairers agreement due date and renewal
  • Safekeeping of new and reviewed agreements
  • Act as a communication bridge in between management and stakeholders.
  • Act as a communication bridge in between Management and CDC/LO
  • Liaise with all stakeholders when necessary
  • To handle enquiry and assist stakeholders on all issues
  • Others, to undertake tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
