*To handle HR matters - Recruitment, Selection , Interviewing, Employment offer, KPI's implementation, Staff Discipline, Counselling, Foreign Worker Management, Staff Development, Payroll, Safety and Health & 5S.
*To deal with statutory division when it is necessary ( EPF/ PERKESO/ LHDN/ CIDB/ DOSH /MPKJ & etc).
*To review and update HR policies, organization chart and Handbook.
*To verify human resource records and documents submit by subordinate To support daily HR operation issue(s) and act fast respond.
*To prepare HR Report (Payroll & Manpower)To organize HR activities.
*To handle lorry permit & insurance renewal.
*To remind drivers for Puspakom and maintenance inspection.
*To facilities on summon and court case.
*To coordinate with transport department related on lorry administrative support.
*To facilitate in business licenses; F9; F49 and SSM Office maintenance and admin support.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): interview and selection, payroll administration, Performance Management.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
