Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conceptualise, manage and execute event in a timely manner according to the client requirements and budget.
  • Proactively maintain good relationships with existing clients and new clients
  • Constantly on the lookout for new business opportunity to generate revenue for the company 
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly meeting on project objectives and having adiscussion with designer, maintenance and operation to follow up on the progress of work task 
  • Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Check production output according to specifications
  • Analyzed production trends and conducted extensive cost- benefit analysis of product enhancements
  • Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain Quality standards
  • Provide overall calculation cost & estimate of a job
  • Handling all Indoor & Outdoor jobs
  • Attending Client’s Meeting regarding all the jobs
  • Installation site visits, taking final measurement for new signage
  • Responsible for overall work task from signage production to site installation
  • Supervising the installation in site Cladding, 3D signage, Acrylic cut, Letters, digital printed graphics, 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Posses at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have experience of project coordinator at site and proven experiences in signage industry is preferable.
  • Able to work with tight schedule & perform well under pressure of urgency work. Ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and team oriented.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to provide solutions & takes initiative in resolving relevant issues.

  • 与生产团队密切合作,以执行和维护质量标准
  • 提供整体计算成本和工作估算
  • 处理所有室内和室外工作
  • 参加有关所有工作的客户会议
  • 安装现场访问,对新标牌进行最终测量
  • 负责从标牌制作到现场安装的整体工作任务
  • 监督现场安装包层,3D标牌,亚克力切割,字母,数字印刷图形,



  • 应聘者必须拥有至少拥有市场营销或工商管理学位或文凭或同等学历。
