Your new company My client has been in the market for more than 15 years and is currently operating in more than 70 countries and has more than 70,000 employees around the globe. They are currently expanding in the local market and looking for a few additional headcounts to join their expanding business. Your new role As the Senior Customer Service executive you will be in-charge of handling all overall order management in data and documentation handling. In addition to that, you will be responsible of liaising with freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery and handling customer complaints. What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably from the freight forwarding background.
- Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experiences in handling order processing and documentation.
- Knowledge in SAP system would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
