Job Scope:

  • Monitor stock levels and indentify purchasing needs.
  • Prepare Purchase order, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
  • Liase with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
  • Perform matching of invoices with the Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
  • Request quotation from suppliers.
  • Assist in purchasing related administrative tasks.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must prossess at least Diploma qualification in any field.
  • A solid communicator with an ability to build strong relations.
  • Aggresive and hard-working attitude, able to work under pressure.
  • Can work independently and always be self-motivated.
  • Must able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
