Your new company They are one of the largest and renowned conglomerate in the world. They have diversified business functions and across various industries. They are setting up a new business function in Malaysia, located in Johor Bahru. Your new role You are required to perform full-spectrum HR responsibilities as a HR Manager. You will need to oversee the site’s HR function as well as providing daily HR administration and handling all office administration task. This includes but not limited to administering and implementing documentation in compliance, payroll management, statutory deductions, HR legal requirements and liaising with government authorities. You are also responsible in manpower planning, recruitment and selection. What you'll need to succeed You should have at least 5 years of HR experience and ideally in cinema, retail and FMCG. You must have excellent communication skills and proficient in both English and Mandarin respectively, in terms of writing and speaking.
